Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycle for federal IT contracts
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and designers
- Track and report on program milestones, risks, and financials
- Interface with government contracting officers and stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across program operations
Requirements
- 10+ years program/project management experience
- PMP or PgMP certification
- Experience with federal acquisition and contracting
- Proven track record managing $10M+ programs
- Active Secret clearance
Nice to Have
- ITIL certification
- Agile/SAFe experience in government settings
- Experience with DoD or civilian agency programs
