Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agent architectures with multi-step reasoning
- Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models
- Fine-tune and deploy large language models for enterprise use cases
- Develop MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to define AI solutions
- Ensure AI systems meet responsible AI and governance requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years in machine learning engineering
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LLM frameworks
- Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases
- Experience deploying ML models in production
- Strong background in NLP or computer vision
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks
- Publications in ML/AI conferences
- Government AI project experience
